    • Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, or chain letters. Download any file posted by another user of a Forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
11. User acknowledges that exchanges on Interactive and Social Media Tools are public and not private communications. Further, User acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, e-mails and other communications by other users are not endorsed by The Economics Institute of Cambodia, and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by The Economics Institute of Cambodia. The Economics Institute of Cambodia reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Interactive Tools received from Users, including without limitation e-mail, blog comments, and bulletin board postings.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12. Any dispute or difference involving the Economics Institute of Cambodia arising out of, or in connection with, the Site or the use of the Site which cannot be amicably settled between the parties to such dispute shall be arbitrated in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with those rules. The arbitration shall take place in the District of Columbia. Any resulting arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Judgment upon any arbitration award in favor of the Economics Institute of Cambodia may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Preservation of Immunities

13. Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges and immunities of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which are specifically reserved.

General

14. The Economics Institute of Cambodia reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any Materials in any respect. The Economics Institute of Cambodia shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith.
15. The Economics Institute of Cambodia reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
16. No waiver by The Economics Institute of Cambodia of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in a writing signed by its duly authorized representative.
