EIC Library

History

Economic Institute of Cambodia's Information and Resource Center was established in 2003. At first, it was just a small reading room at the EIC Phnom Penh Center.

By the end of 2009, the EIC library was extended into a wider area at the first floor of the same building.

Collection

Book collection consists of books, reports, proceedings, etc, controlled and shelved by groups. Documents on the same or related subject are shelved and grouped together. Each row of shelves has been posted with an indicative list of classification number in the corresponding row.

Journal & Newspapers collection consists of current journals, bound journals arranged alphabetically by title. All materials are on open shelves which users can access by themselves. The reference collection can only be used within the library. It consists mainly of encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, etc.
